The App is developed and maintained by [Developer Name or Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Information We Collect We do not collect, receive, or store personal information on our servers. The App does not require users to create an account and does not request information such as: Name Email address Phone number Physical address Precise location Contacts Photos or media Payment information Advertising identifiers The current version of the App does not include advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or third-party analytics SDKs. 2. User-Entered Network Addresses The App allows you to enter public IP addresses and domain names that you want to test. These addresses may include values such as: 8.8.8.8 1.1.1.1 example.com The entered addresses are stored locally on your device so that your monitoring list can be restored when you reopen the App. The saved addresses are not uploaded to us or stored on servers controlled by us. 3. Network Requests When you start monitoring, the App sends network diagnostic requests to the IP addresses or domain names selected by you. These requests are necessary to: Check whether a host is reachable Measure response time Detect timeouts Calculate packet loss Display the current connection status The App communicates directly with the selected network destination. We do not route these requests through our own servers. The owner of the destination server, your internet service provider, mobile network operator, VPN provider, DNS provider, or other network intermediary may be able to observe or log network information such as your IP address, request time, and destination address. Their handling of this information is governed by their own privacy policies and practices. 4. Local Data Storage The App stores the following information locally on your device: The public IP addresses and domain names you add Basic preferences necessary for the App to operate This information is stored in the App’s private local storage. The App does not intentionally transmit this locally stored information to the developer. Depending on your Android device and backup settings, locally stored application data may be included in system-level device backups managed by Android or your device manufacturer. 5. Ping Results Information such as the following is generated during use of the App: Current response time Online, timeout, or offline status Number of requests sent Number of responses received Packet-loss percentage These results are used to display network-monitoring information inside the App. Unless a future version explicitly introduces a history feature, these results are not permanently uploaded to or stored by us. 6. Permissions The App may request or declare the following Android permissions: Internet access The App requires internet access to send diagnostic requests to public IP addresses and domain names. Network-state access The App may access basic network-state information to determine whether a network connection is available. These permissions do not provide the App with access to your messages, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location. 7. Public Network Addresses Only The App is intended to monitor public IP addresses and publicly accessible domain names. The App is not intended to scan, discover, or monitor devices on a user’s local network. 8. Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties. Data Retention and Deletion Saved addresses remain on your device until you: Delete an address from the App Clear the App’s storage through Android settings Uninstall the App Deleting an address from the App removes it from the App’s active saved list. System backups created by Android, a device manufacturer, or a backup provider may be subject to separate retention policies outside our control. 11. Data Security Because the App does not operate a developer-controlled backend for storing user information, user-entered addresses remain primarily within the App’s private storage on the device. However, no device, software application, or method of electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to test any address or system they enter into the App. 12. Third-Party Services The App does not currently integrate third-party advertising or analytics services. The App may rely on standard Android operating-system components and ordinary network infrastructure to perform its functions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of destination servers, internet service providers, VPN providers, DNS providers, mobile operators, device manufacturers, or other independent third parties. 13. Children’s Privacy The App is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because the App does not provide accounts, social features, advertising, or developer-controlled collection of personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information to us may contact us using the details below. 14. International Use Network requests may travel through infrastructure located in different countries depending on the user’s internet provider, VPN configuration, DNS provider, and the location of the selected destination. We do not control the routing performed by independent network providers. 15. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s functionality, data practices, legal requirements, or distribution methods change.
